Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive purchase of high -mannas natural gas for facilities that are on the board of the Trzebnica commune, its subordinate units and companies, with symbol E, with a total estimated volume during the delivery period (+/- 20%) 11 526 420 kWh, to objects specified in Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as "OPZ" constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
2. The scope of the order includes the purchase of natural gas and all actions and arrangements from the DSO necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the seller and effective start of sales of gas fuel. The Contractor will perform these activities on the basis of a power of attorney granted by the Ordering Party.
