Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of gas fuel, including the distribution and purchase of gas for schools and educational institutions in the capital city of Warsaw in 2026, divided into parts. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 2 to SWZ. 2. The order was divided into three parts. 3. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual parts listed in the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all parts of the order. Every part of the item orders will be assessed separately. The most advantageous offer will be selected separately for each part of the order. The Ordering Party justifies the division of this order into three separate parts due to the increased availability of this order for a wider group of contractors, which will have a positive impact on maintaining the principles of fair competition and will not limit access to this procedure for entities with fewer professional resources. 4. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast consumption of gas fuel by schools and educational institutions covered by the proceedings was estimated for a period of 12 months and amounts to a total of 4,153,813.20 kWh for all parts, of which for the first part it is: 2,426,207.20 kWh, for the second part it is: 1,350,160 kWh, and for the the third is: 377,446.00 kWh. The indicated values are consistent with the description of the subject of the order constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the price form constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 5.Estimated fuel consumption levels...
