- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of gaseous fuel, i.e. high-methane natural gas of group E, and its delivery at a pressure not lower than 1.6 kPa to schools and educational institutions in the Ursynw District of the capital city. Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the Recipients, in 2026.2. Recipients and addresses of collection points, as well their tariff group and forecast gas fuel consumption are indicated in the Price Form, which constitutes Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.3. the total forecast consumption of gas fuel is 1,299,400 kWh.4. The Ordering Party will make every effort to properly estimate the planned consumption of gaseous fuel indicated in section 3. Due to unpredictable external factors, i.e. weather conditions, in particular air temperature, which affect the actual demand for gaseous fuel, it is impossible to accurately indicate the future consumption of gaseous fuel.
