Description:
Purchase of a power generator with installation and commissioning at the Social Welfare Home in Biaymstok, ul. Baranowicka 203. Technical details can be found in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to complete the order specified in the contract and SWZ in accordance with the submission offers, as well as changes agreed with the Ordering Party during the implementation of the works. The full scope of works is specified in the detailed design constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ, as well as the description of the subject of the order (Annex No. 6 to the SWZ). The bill of quantities (Appendix No. 5) is for illustrative purposes only and is recommended visiting the site to familiarize themselves with the full scope of work to be carried out. The ordering party will not be liable for the contractor's errors at the work stage caused by not participating in the on-site inspection of the facility. The Contractor's claims for incorrect price calculation are excluded. Developed technical documentation is an integral part of the SWZ
