- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order is the purchase of 20,000 pieces of GSM (IoT) radio modules (800 MHZ) for transmitting data from water meters, together with the data transmission service and management and implementation application.
2) The subject of the order includes the following tasks:
a) Task 1 - creation and launch of the Systemu readout allowing reading data from measuring devices;
b) Task 2 - delivery of radio modules;
c) Task 3 - providing services in the field of operating the Reading System;
d) Task 4 - providing mobile devices for configuring radio modules and reading data, incl.12 pieces;
e) Task 5 - conducting the necessary training of the Ordering Party's employees.
3) A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
4)The given numbers of modules should be treated as indicative. Actual quantity deliveredof the goods ordered will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party (successive deliveries) and will not exceed the value of the contract. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of resigning from 70% of module deliveries.
