• Purchase of a heavy fire truck for the Volunteer Fire Department in Ocypel Purchase and delivery of equipment for the Volunteer Fire Department in Ocypel The subject of the order is the purchase (delivery) of a heavy fire truck for the Volunteer Fire Department in Ocypel with divided into 2 parts, i.e.: Part No. 1. Purchase of a heavy fire truck for the Volunteer Fire Department in Ocypel, including the purchase of one, brand new heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with accessories, year of production 2026. Part No. 2. Purchase and supply of equipment. A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the order is included in Chapters IV and V of this ToR. The Ordering Party does not make any reservations regarding the Contractor's obligation to personally perform key parts of the order. Performer is obliged to indicate in the offer the parts of the contract that he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and provide the names of the subcontractors, if they are known. If the change or resignation from the subcontractor concerns the entity whose resources the Contractor relied on, pursuant to the principles referred to in Art. 118 of the Public Procurement Law, in order to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate to the Ordering Party that the proposed other subcontractor or the Contractor itself meets them to an extent no less than the subcontractor, whose resources the Contractor referred to during the contract award procedure.
