Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of a heavy firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Jedlnia - Letnisko.
THE OFFERED RESCUE AND FIRE-EXTINGUISHING VEHICLE MUST MEET THE REQUIREMENTS:
3.1.1.It must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles.privileged, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997. "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws 2023.1047, as amended), together with implementing provisions.
3.1.2. Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of June 20, 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure the rules securitypublic or health, life and property protection, as well as the rules for issuing approvals for these products for use (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002, as amended),
3.1.3. Regulations of the Ministers of: Interior, National Defense, Finance and Justice of March 22, 2019 on conditionstechnical specifications of special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, the Internal Security Agency, the Intelligence Agency, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Military Intelligence Service, the Central Anticorruption Bureau, the Border Guard, fiscal control, the Customs Service, theprison and fire brigade (Journal of Laws 2019, item 594).
3.1.4. The car must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with Order No. 1 of the Commander-in-Chief of the State Fire Service of January 24, 2020 on transport management in units organ...
