Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a factory new heavy rescue and fire -fighting car together with specialized equipment to the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Andrespol.
2. The chagNo. 2 to SWZ "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".
3. The order of the contract must comply with applicable standards and regulations, and in particular:
1) must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act ofJune 20, 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with executive provisions to this Act and the requirements contained in the Region of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of2024 item 502, as amended)
2) must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007. on the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life protection, as well as the principles of issuing admission of these productsfor use.
3) must meet the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 "or equivalent",
4) must have a current certificate of admission of the product for use in CNBOP-PIB fire protection units together with checking from tests to vehicle and testimoniesallowed ...
