Description:
1. The subject of the order is a brand new delivery, i.e. produced not earlier than in 2024, a heavy rescue and fire -fighting car with 4x4 drive to the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Lipiny Dolne
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and technical and utility requirements, which must meet the offered car are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".
3. The subject of the contract must be in line with current standards and regulations, in particular:
1) must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations taking into account the requirements regarding privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997. "Road Traffic Law" (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251) together with executive provisions to this Act and the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002. the technical conditions vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended)
on the list of products to ensure public safety or health and life protection and property, as well as the rules for issuing these products to use.
3) must meet the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 "or equivalent",
4) must have a current certificate of admission of the product for use in fire protection units CNBO...
