Description: The subject of the order is the purchase of helmets, medical sets and neonatal accessories. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. The subject of the order free from physical and legal defects, factory new, not used earlier by third parties, in particular it did not serve as an item used for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. He was also not convinced earlier. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements specified in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Employer indicated in SWZ.
