Name of the procedurePurchase of high-performance laptops and workstations divided into parts. II. Detailed description of the subject of the orderThe subject of the order is the purchase of high-performance laptops and workstations divided into parts: 1) Purchase of 3 high-performance laptops (2 x 14" 1 x16") with minimum parameters described in Annexes No. 1a and 1b.2) Purchase of 2 workstations with the minimum parameters described in Annex No. 1c. A detailed description can be found in Annex No. 1a, 1b, 1c - OPZ, technical specifications of the offered equipment. III. Conditions of participation in the procedure. Applicants may apply for the award of the contract contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the procedure under Art. 7 section 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022 on special solutions for counteracting support for aggression against Ukraine and for the protection of national security (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 835). Submission of an offer in the proceedings in question is tantamount to the Contractor submitting a declaration that there is no basis for exclusion from the proceedings. IV.
