The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture based in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party" or "ARiMR") hotel and restaurant services for the purposes of training, meeting and meetings organized for ARiMR employees in training centers for whichIn particular, the following types of benefits may include: (1) ensuring accommodation with board training participants, (2) Providing conference rooms with equipment, providing a coffee service and an event room, (3) Providing transport. A detailed description of the requirements has been includedIn Annex 1 to the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: "P.P.U.") constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
2. The removal requires that the performance of the subject of the contract takes place on the terms and rules set out in the P.P.U., constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
