Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of hydrogen fuel for hydrogen -powered buses in the location and with the distribution method indicated by the Employer in an amount up to 198,880 kg.
The method of implementation of the subject of the contract was described in Annex 6 "Description of the subject of the contract" and in the attachmentNo. 5 "Designed provisions of the Public Procurement Agreement". 101 para. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, Ordering Partyallows equivalent solutions described. 95 of the Act: Activities and sale of hydrogen fuel.The contracting authority allows employees to employ on the basis of equivalent legal regulations of the parent country.
Option right
1.
