- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an immunochemical analyzer for the Laboratory Diagnostics Department of the Railway Medical District in Gliwice and the delivery of reagents, control materials and consumables for the purchased analyzer. 2. This order for the purchase of the analyzer immunochemistry is carried out by obtaining a targeted subsidy called Purchase of an immunochemical analyzer for the Laboratory Diagnostics Department of the Railway Medical District in Gliwice. The task was co-financed from the budget of the Silesian Voivodeship.3. Minimum boundary and technical requirements necessary to be met by the offered immunochemical analyzer are specified in detail in Appendix No. 2A to SWZ4. Reagents, control materials and consumables for the immunochemical analyzer are specified in Appendix No. 2B to SWZ. Completion deadline: 1. Delivery of reagents, controls and materials consumables will be made through successive deliveries within a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. 2.
