Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase, implementation and maintenance of the HR process system. In particular, the subject of the contract is to develop optimal processes, implement and share the system in the SAAS (Software As a Service) by the Internet, managed by the Contractor, to operateHuman resource management processes - HR, preceded by proper configuration and implementation, as well as the provision of maintenance services in the outsourcing model (SAAS) and development works, including delivery (granting or providing granting) a license for the use of the software by the Ordering Party -Pursuant to the contract, OPZ and the offer.
contractors who are not subject to exclusion from participation in the procedure pursuant to art. 108 para. 1 of the Act and pursuant to art. 109 para. 1 points 5-8 and 10 of the Act and pursuant to art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security and pursuant to art. 5k of the Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 regarding limiting funds in connection with Russia's actionssituation in Ukraine.
