Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of infusion pumps with stands and docking stations for "Poddębickie Centrum Zdrowia" Sp. z o. o. in Poddębice, in the quantities and assortment specified in Package No. 1 in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Price form and technical parameters of medical equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the technical parameters and conditions required by the ordering party, is specified in the Price Form and technical parameters of medical equipment - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Contractors who are subject to any of the circumstances specified in Art. are excluded from the contract award procedure. 108 section 1 of the Act on Public Procurement and Art. 109 section 1 point 4 of the Act on Public Procurement. The Ordering Party does not impose any conditions for participation in proceedings. Languages in which the procurement documents are officially available: Polish.
