Description:
1. Delivery of licenses for the Integrated IT System of the ERP class (ERP System) and software necessary for its proper functioning (operating systems, database engines, etc.), supporting the work of the following areas:
a) Human Resources,
b) Payroll,
c) Finance and Accounting,
d) Fixed Assets,
e) Public Procurement;
2. Configuration and Optimization of the ERP System in the Ordering Party's infrastructure;
3. Purchase and delivery of 2 barcode printers and 6 pcs. mobile terminals;
4. Preparation, delivery and updating of Documentation during the implementation of the contractowenia.
5. Training/workshops on the use of the ERP System;
6. Ensuring a 36-month warranty for the ERP System from the date of signing the Stage 2 Acceptance Protocol;
7. Provision of ERP System Service and Development Work by the Contractor in a maximum number of 200 ERP working hours - for a period of 36 monthsfrom the date of signing the Stage 2 Acceptance Protocol.
