Description:
The subject of the contract is the purchase of intraosseous needles, resuscitation bags and other medical products. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, brand new, unusedpreviously used by third parties, in particular, it was not used as an item for demonstration purposes and is of good quality. It was also not previously reconditioned. The offered medical devices covered by the subject of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April2022 on medical devices (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the Employer's requirements indicated in the ToR.
