- The subject of the order is the purchase of intraosseous needles, resuscitation bags and other medical products. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. List of parts that are the subject of the order: Part 1. Eye irrigation devices. Part 2. Electrodes and gel for EKG. Part 3. Pneumothorax and intraosseous decompression needles. Part 4. Medical tools and Broselow tape. Part 5. Glucometer strips. Part 6. ENT spatulas. Part 7. Urology. Part 8. Resuscitation bags and face masks. The subject of the order is free from physical and legal defects, factory deliverednew, not previously used by third parties, in particular not used as an item used for demonstration purposes, and is of good quality. It has also not been previously reconditioned. The offered medical products covered by the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in the Act ofia April 7, 2022 on medical devices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 974, as amended). The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the order in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in the ToR. All requirements specified in the procurement documents are minimum requirements, and their sperformance is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
