- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of IT equipment and software as part of the project Increasing cybersecurity of the Jasieniec Commune Office, implemented under Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system. 2. Detailed technical description the subject of the order and its scope are specified in Annex 9 to this specification of the terms of the order. 3. The delivered and installed items covered by the order must: 1) have appropriate certificates, declarations of conformity, quality certificates and approvals, and other documents confirming that they meet all standards and requirements provided for by law; 2) be brand new, manufactured no earlier than 12 months before the date of conclusion of the contract, unused, free from defects, technically functional, complete and packed in packaging enabling clear product identification; 3) comes from the manufacturer's authorized distribution channel intended for the European Union, and their use by the Ordering Party does not constitute an infringement of the copyright or property rights of any persons third parties; 4) meets the requirements of the SWZ and the annexes that constitute its integral part. 4.
