Description:
1. The subject of this contract is the provision by the Contractor to the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture with its seat in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the "Ordering Party", Technical Support Services for DELL equipment (hereinafter: UWT) including repair, replacement and service of infra elementsIT structures, understood as:
1) technical support services for elements of IT infrastructure and related utility and system software (firmware, management and control software);
2) providing handling of service requests, incident and problem resolution andwith providing consultations and technical workshops.
2. The Ordering Party requires the performance of the subject of the contract to be performed on the terms and conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU) with attachments, the specimen of which is Annex 7 to the Terms of Referenceia (hereinafter: "SWZ"). The detailed method of providing UWT is specified in Appendix 1 to the pp.
