Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of the Jet A-1 aviation fuel, with CN 2710 19 21, along with the release of the ordering entrusted car tanks in Poland. The fuel will be picked up by transport of the Ordering Party (tanks) in a place approved by the Customs and Tax Office for fuel exempt from excise duty, within the meaning of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise tax (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 126).
The subject of the order was divided into 3 (three) tasks:
Task no Masovian Voivodeship.
Task No. 2 - Purchase of the JET A -1 aviation fuel, combined with the edition of the Employer to the car tanks in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
Task no Pomeranian.
The contractor guarantees that:
1) the fuel issued will come from current production;
2) The quality of the fuel issued will always be in line with the current requirements of Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements for Jointly Operated Systems (AFQRJOS) and Def-Stan 91-091.
The contractor declares that:
1) issued fuel will be approved for economic trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
2) devices used to measure the quantity of fuel issued to the tanker of the Employer will have a valid legalization or equivalent certificate;
