Description:
The subject of the order is the purchase of AUT fuel JET A-1 together with delivery to the airport in Wrocław on the principles and to the extent specified in the draft contract, in the attachments to the draft contract and in SWZ.
Due to the need to temporarily close a part of the airport from 26.10.2025. By 04.12.2025, the Employer declares that product deliveries should be implemented in the flexible formula, to which the contractor agrees. The parties determine that the minimum daily delivery limit will not apply, which means that the contracting authority has the right not to order a product for a given day. Pages They determine that the maximum supply limit provided for a given day will apply, 3 deliveries a day. The pages determine that a one -time product delivery will not be less than 32 m3.
Trade margin for the product delivered, specified in Polish zlotys, will be constant throughout the delivery period (unless there are circumstances of amendments to SWZ).
It is allowed to change the manufacturer's unit prices resulting from the economic situation on the fuel market.
The reference fuel density for converting the values of records from the metric tone into m3 is 0.800.
