PURCHASE OF NEWBORN SCREENING KITS IN TOWARDS LYSOSOMIC STORAGE DISEASES (PANEL 4 DISEASES: POMPE'S DISEASE, FABRY'S DISEASE, GAUCHER'S DISEASE AND MUCOPOLYSACCHARIDOSIS TYPE I) BY TANDEM MASS SPECTROMETRY (MS/MS) 1. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1.Screening kits Newborns in the kierunt: - Pompgo disease - marking alpha activity of glucosedase (GAA); - of Fabree-s disease - marking the activity of alpha galactozidase A (GLA); - Gaucheer-s disease - marking the activity of glucocice-brazidase (GBA); - mucopolysaccharidoses type I (MPSI) by tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) in the number of 360,000 determinations on microplates, each containing 96 wells. 2. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the purchase reagents, but not more than 20% of the above subject of the order, in the event of exceeding the amount allocated for the execution of the order or objective and justified circumstances, in particular a reduction in the expected number of births and research. 3. The Contractor is obliged to deliver sets packed with 2,400 markings or less (1920, 960). 4. Pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law.
