PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość requests a price offer for the supply of the products mentioned in the proceedings. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions:1. The unit price includes transportation costs.2. The offer is valid for a minimum of 30 days from the end of the procedure.3. The required quality documents and warranty conditions for the subject of the procedure should be specified in the offer.4. The Ordering Party requires that the offered items be in commercial packaging, new, original, unused, factory packed.5. Delivery required to the Transport Section of Hrubieszów, street: Nowa 106, 22-500 Hrubieszów6. Required payment term is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods.7. The completion date should be specified in the offer.8. Ordering party reserves the right to make changes or cancel the proceedings without giving reasons. 9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place an order for a selected part of the materials that are the subject of the proceedings, but does not allow placing an order offers for individual items from a given part. 10.
