Description:
1. Description of the subject of the orderThe subject of the order is: Purchase of 2 pcs of lathes and 2 pcs of milling machines 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 6 to SWZ.3. The subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) meet all the features specified in the specification of the terms of the order, b) be brand new (it cannot also come from exhibition and presentation) and compliant with applicable standards. c) the price of the offer should include all costs related to the execution of the order until the order is received by the Ordering Party without any comments4. The Ordering Party does not envisage dividing the order into parts or parts allows the submission of partial offers, reasons for not dividing into parts: small scope of the order, guarantee and warranty for the entire scope of work provided by one contractor and possible complications and possible delays in the event of sharing the delivery between several contractors, the order is appropriate for small and medium-sized enterprises (CPV): 42620000-0, 42621000-5, 42623000-9
