PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa sp. z o.o. in Zamość asks you to send a price offer for the supply of products mentioned in the procedure. By joining the procedure, the bidder accepts the following conditions: 1. The unit price includes costs transport.2.The offer is valid for a minimum of 14 days from the end of the procedure.3.Required delivery to: PKP LHS sp. z o.o. SekcjaPrzewózSławków,Magazyn Wielobranżowy, 41-260 Sławków, Dębowa Góra 29, in the quantities specified in the item description proceedings.4.Delivery only between 7.30 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. 5.Required payment deadline is 30 days from receipt of the invoice and goods.6.The order form specifying detailed conditions is available in the attachments tab.7.The Ordering Party reserves the right to introducing changes or canceling the procedure. 8. Submitting an offer means accepting the conditions specified for this procedure. 9. The Ordering Party requires the bidders to submit a declaration according to the template constituting Annex 2, failure to submit the declaration may result in rejection of the offer. 10. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of offering goods whose sale could violate or circumvent the sanctions regulations introduced in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine.
