Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a license for a legal information system for the National Health Fund along with updates for a period of 36 months.
2. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
3. In order to enable the submission of partial offers in the procedure, the subject of this ordertion was divided into 2 Parts:
1) PART 1: delivery of the Legal Information System in the local and online version - basic system;
2) PART 2: delivery of the Legal Information System in the online version - additional system.
4. The Contractor may submit an offer for all Parts or for any selected Parts. The Contractormay obtain an order for a maximum of 1 (one) Part from the above-mentioned Parts;
5. If the Contractor submits an offer for a larger number of Parts, the following guidelines apply:
1) first, the offer in Part 1 of the order is selected, taking into accountlower rules:
a) if the offer of the same Contractor is recognized as the most advantageous in Part 1 and at the same time in Part 2, the Agreement is signed for Part 1, and the offer submitted by this Contractor in Part 2 will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, then the choice is madefrom among the remaining offers;
b) if the offer of the same Contractor is recognized as the most advantageous in Part 1 and at the same time in Part 2, the Agreement is signed for Part 1, and the offer submitted by this Contractor in Part 2 will be rejected pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law, if...
