Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a license (subscription) with technical support for data backup software for the IT Services Center of the Gdańsk University of Technology.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. The ordering party does not require personal performance by the contractor key tasks.4. The contractor may entrust the execution of part of the order to a subcontractor. In such a case, the Ordering Party will indicate in the offer the part of the order which it intends to entrust to subcontractors, as well as the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. 5. The ordering party does not specify in the description of the subject of the order, the requirement for the Contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the execution of the order, the performance of which consists in performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 r. Labor Code (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, as amended).6. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.
