Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a license and subscription to software and computer science devices or a delivery of an equivalent range that meets the minimum functional requirements specified by the contracting authority in the order documents.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 4 parts (packages) and include:
- Package No. 1 - Licenses and subscriptions of the Investigation Computer Science software
- Package No. 2 - Licenses and subscriptions of the Investigation Computer Science software
- Package No. 3 - Licenses of Software and Computer Science of Investigation
- Package No. 4 - Investigation computer science devices
3. Detailed Description of the subject of the contract was specified in the order documents, in particular
In Annexes No. 1.1 - 1.4 to SWZ - a detailed description of the subject of the contract (respectively for package No. 1, 2, 3 and 4) and in the contract templates.
4. The assortment offered by the contractor must meet all requirements The Ordering Party specified in the above documents.
5. If the description of the subject of the contract uses markings or parameters indicating a specific manufacturer, a specific product or indicated trademarks, parameters or origin, the contracting authority allows the use of equivalent products by which should be understood by products with parameters not worse than presented in the description of the subject of the contract, meeting the requirements of the Employer. The contractor's duty is to prove the equivalence of the product.
