Description:
3.1 The subject of the order is the purchase and implementation of an IT system with the launch of public e-services along with the purchase of equipment and training for employees:
1. Construction of an integrated IT system
a.Electronic Customer Service Office (EBOI);
b.Electronic Document Management (EZD)[;
c.Integrated Electronic Payment System e-payments;
d.Purchase of databases and software;
e.Integration broker enabling the use of a trusted ePUAP profile (login.gov.pl) to log in to the customer service module;
f.Integration of domain systems;
g.Service bus integrating services ePUAP, EZD and domain systems;
h.Modernization of Field Systems;
i. System for managing the budget of local government units + JO, along with a contract management system.
2.Purchase of hardware and software together with the installation of the necessary elements to launch an integrated IT system, i.e.:
a.Matrix (1 pc);
b.AiO computer (8 pcs.);
c.Scanner (1 pc);
d.UPS (10 pcs.).
3. Conducting training for employees of the City and Commune Office.
