Description:
1. Purchase of liquid fuel - diesel oil in the cashless sales system based on fleet cards for the needs of WPK Sp. z o. o. in Włocławek. 2. Maximum estimated quantity of diesel fuel delivered: 377,000 liters, including the quantity of diesel oil constituting the basic order is: 290,000 liters and the amount of diesel under the option right (30%) is: 87,000 liters. 3. Other requirements regarding the subject of the order 1) Diesel fuel should meet all quality requirements specified in Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended), should be suitable for use in both summer and winter conditions. 2) Unit price per liter diesel oil during the term of the contract will be determined as the price of diesel oil applicable at the fuel station(s) declared by the Contractor in these proceedings, on the day of refueling, plus VAT, taking into account the fixed discount offered by the Contractor in the price offer. 3) Settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made based on the amount of diesel oil actually purchased by the Ordering Party. 4) Delivery will be carried out successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be consisted of: a) ensuring cashless sales of diesel oil at the Contractor's gas station(s) located at a distance of no more than 10 km. from the Ordering Party's transport base, 24 hours a day, 7...
