Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of fuel for service vehicles and machines used by the District Roads Authority in Szczytno in 2026, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, settled non-cash.2. Forecasted delivery quantities: - 95 lead-free petrol - predicted quantity: 2,200 litersThe indicated fuel quantities are approximate and may change depending on needs.3. The above-mentioned fuels should meet the quality requirements specified in applicable legal provisions, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018).4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to quantitative changes in the assortment of the subject of the order. The Ordering Party has the right to purchase, during the term of the contract, particular types of fuel in quantities greater or less than those indicated in section. 2 (according to current needs).5.
