Description:
1. Purchase of liquid fuels and AdBlue for vehicles used by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunlnej w Bieczu Sp. z o. o. by selling at a gas station in the city of Biecz as a result of refueling directly into vehicle tanks, for a period of 12 months: 1) diesel oil, not more than 40,000 dm; 2) 95E petrol, not more than 2000 dm; 3) AdBlue liquid, not more than 400 dm; - in amounts resulting from the current needs of the Ordering Party, 2. The subject of the order should have a quality certificate and meet the requirements specified in the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. r. regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1018), and in the Polish Standard: 1) PN-EN 590 - diesel oil (summer and winter) ON; 2) PN-EN 228 - unleaded petrol Pb-95; 3) ISO 22241-1/-2/-3/-4 and has the approval or certificate required in the territory of the Republic of Poland Polish AdBlue.3. Ordering party informs that in case of reference to any standards when describing the subject of the order, it indicates that equivalent solutions are permissible.
