Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of liquid fuels: unleaded gasoline PB 95 and diesel oil for the Company's vehicles, within 36 months from the date of the contract (not earlier than from 01.07.2025) in a non -cash system based on electronic cards, throughout the country, throughout the country, throughout the countryi.e.:

1.1. A maximum of 99,750.00 liters of unleaded gasoline with an octane number not lower than 95 (PB95) produced according to the PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06 or equivalent standard;
1.2. A maximum of 495,000.00 liters of diesel produced according to the PN-EN 590+A1: 2017-06 or equivalent standard.
including:
1.3.basic order:
- unleaded gasoline 95 (PB95)- 49 875.00 liters,
- diesel (ON)- 247,500.00 liters,
1.4. options:
- unleaded gasoline 95 (PB95)- 49 875.00 liters,
- diesel oil (ON)- 247,500.00 liters.
The contracting authority guarantees the purchase of the indicated maximum quantitiesProduct during the period of the contract under the basic order.
The Ordering Party reserves that it will successively purchases the appropriate amount of individual types of fuels on the basis of actual needs, taking into account the right of the option described in detail in § 6 of the contract.
2. Detailed descriptionthe subject of the contract (OPZ) includes Annex 5 to SWZ.
3. Detailed terms of the order processing are set out in Annex 6 to SWZ.
4. The contracting authority does not require the submission of the subjective measures in question.
