Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels (diesel oil and unleaded gasoline) and LPG gas fuel for the needs of motor vehicles and generators owned by the Szydowo Commune Office2. It is estimated that by the end of 2026 fuel purchases will amount to: - 27,800 liters of diesel oil; - 9,300 liters of gasoline unleaded PB95;- 5,100 l of LPG gas. The order will be implemented successively according to the actual needs of the ordering party.3. Fuels that are the subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of August 25, 2006. on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (Journal of Laws of 2025 r., item 1529, as amended), and implementing acts, in particular the regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and in compliance with the standards: Diesel fuel diesel - PN-EN 590:2013-12 Gasoline lead-free BS - PN-EN 228:2013-04/Ap14.
