Description:
1.1 The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels for the District Public Roads Authority in Leipzig in 20261.2 Estimated quantity of ordered fuel: 1.2.1 diesel oil 32,000 liters, 1.2.2 unleaded petrol E-95 2,500 liters. 1.3 The indicated amounts of fuel are expected (estimated) quantities, the actual amount of fuel ordered will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to collect a smaller amount of fuel, but the value of the order cannot be less than 60% of the total maximum remuneration specified in the contract. 1.4 The specified amounts of fuel do not constitute the Ordering Party's obligation to complete the order in full during the term of the contract, nor any grounds for the Contractor to pursue compensation claims for failure to complete the entire order, with the exception of the obligation referred to in point 1.3 SWZ. 1.5 The Ordering Party reserves the right realization of other quantities of particular types of fuels1.6 The purchase of fuels will not be a one-time activity, but will be carried out successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. 1.7 The Contractor will ensure the possibility of making the purchases in question 7 ...
