Description:
1. Part I: Purchase of liquid fuels, unleaded 95 petrol and diesel oil for the Municipal Plant. The subject of the order is the purchase of fuels for the Municipal Plant of the Kocierzyna Commune, liquid fuels for vehicles and construction machines at the disposal of ZKGK with established technical parameters in the amount of: 2,500 liters of 95 unleaded petrol; 48,000 liters of diesel oil.1.1. The order quantity may be reduced or increased by a maximum of 20%, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. In the event of a reduction or increase in the order by the amount above, the parties will settle deliveries based on the quantity actually delivered. fuel, and the Contractor, apart from the demand for payment of the price, is not entitled to any other claims against the Ordering Party. 1.2.
