Description:
Part 1 Purchase of fuel for the needs of the Road and Bridge District No. 1 in Skrki: unleaded 95 gasoline in an estimated amount of 4,500 l; diesel oil in an estimated amount of 14,500 liters. The order will be processed successively in a non-cash form in quantities depending on depending on the actual needs of the Ordering Party from the date of signing the contract until December 31, 2026. The place of purchase of unleaded gasoline Pb 95 and diesel oil will be the Contractor's gas station located no more than 12 km from the headquarters of the Road and Bridge Districts, i.e. Skrki. The Contractor will ensure the sale of liquid fuels that meet all standards in accordance with applicable regulations. Settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made on the basis of actually purchased fuels. The price shall be paid by the Ordering Party each time it is collected the fuel will result from the actual quantity collected and the price applicable on the date of collection reduced by the offered discount. If the estimated amount of purchased fuel is reduced in accordance with the actual needs of the Ordering Party, the Contractor will not be entitled to any No claims against the Ordering Party.
