- 1. The subject of the order is the successive non-cash purchase of liquid fuels for vehicles, commercial vehicles and other devices powered by liquid fuels, belonging to the Municipal Utilities Plant in Teresin, i.e.: 1) diesel oil during the term of the contract in an amount of at least PLN 25,000.00 liters and a maximum not exceeding 40,000.00 liters; 2) 95 octane unleaded petrol during the term of the contract in an amount amounting to a minimum of 5,000.00 liters and a maximum not exceeding 10,000.00 liters. 2. Fuel will be sold according to the valid retail price list of gas stations on the day of refueling at the station, each time taking into account the discount granted to the Ordering Party, if such was indicated in the offer form.3. Fuels should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for fuels. liquids (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the requirements specified in the relevant legal provisions. 4.
