Description:
The subject of the flying is a successive purchase of fuel in a non -suppressed sales system for the needs of ZAKAK Municipal TGPE SP. z o.o. intended for cars, equipment and machines. Established purchase amount: 4.5 m3 of papper oil, during the previous calendar month during the contract of the contract together 162 m3 of papper oil (36 x 4.5 = 162). The quantity of grass oil is the quantity of estimates during the performance of the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce to 20% of the quantity of the fall in relation to the demand specified above.
