- 1. The subject of the order includes successive purchases of liquid fuels and the AdBlue fuel additive at the Contractor's gas stations with parameters that meet the quality requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015. on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015 pos. 1680 from Mon. change)2. The remaining conditions to be met by the subject of the order are contained in Polish Standards or PNs transposing European standards, or standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing these standards, or in equivalent standards.3. Subject of the order includes the purchase of: a) diesel oil in the amount of 34,800 liters b) Pb 95 in the amount of 5,760 liters c) AdBlue 840 liters The number of liters given is an estimated (maximum) quantity, which means that this quantity may be limited due to the actual demand of the Ordering Party while maintaining the discount (discount) prices. 4. Purchase of fuel will take place successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, at the Contractor's gas stations.
