Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of liquid fuels for the operation of motor vehicles and machines used by the Municipal Roads Authority in Uków: a) unleaded gasoline with an octane number of 95 PN-EN in an amount of approximately 5,000 liters, b) diesel oil according to PN-EN 590 in an amount of approximately 48,000 liters. The above-mentioned amounts of fuel should be treated as estimates, but the maximum amount does not exceed PLN 359,000.00 gross, depending on the fuel price. We reserve the right to increase or decrease it over time validity of the contract for the quantity of fuel purchased, if there is such a need which the ordering party could not foresee for reasons beyond its control. If the actual needs of the ordering party are lower than those ordered or the funds secured for financing are lower orders will be used, in such a situation the ordering party has the right to withdraw from further purchases of fuel without any financial consequences or compensation to the contractor.2. For economic and organizational reasons important for the ordering party, the ordering party requires that the contractor's gas station be located within a radius of no more than 3,000 meters from the headquarters of...
