Description of the subject of the contract
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of fuels: unleaded gasoline PB 95
and diesel oil for vehicles belonging tounits subordinate to the Ordering Party. Purchase of fuels made directly to vehicles at gas stations, in a non -cash sales system, in quantities according to the needs of the Employer.
2. The removal will be implemented in the form of partial sales and refueling services in covering quantitiesThe current needs of the Ordering Party based on his unilateral disposal.
3. The application requires that the place of delivery is to be at least one station located at a distance of not more than 5 km from the location of individual points 15 locations for 15 tasks described in SWZ ensuringThe possibility of refueling ON, PB 95 from the distributor at least until 21:00 for 14 hours a day, taking into account the provisions regarding the location of four parts of the order.
