- 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of liquid fuels for 2026 for cars and other vehicles and devices owned by the Skrewlno Commune, the purchase of which is financed from the funds of the Skrewlno Commune in 2026.2. The detailed scope of the order includes: Purchase or delivery of diesel fuel, estimated quantity PLN 30,000.00 liters per year. Purchase or delivery of 95 unleaded automotive gasoline - estimated quantity 2,000.00 liters per year. The value of 95 determines the minimum value of the octane number of gasoline. Fuels that are the subject of the order must meet the requirements set out in the provisions of the Act of August 25, 2006. about the monitoring system and controlling the quality of fuels (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1529, as amended), and implementing acts, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and in compliance with the standards: Oil drive ON - PN-EN 590:2013-12 Unleaded petrol BS - PN-EN 228:2013-04/Ap1
