- 1. The subject of this procedure is the purchase of a brand new charger in accordance with the requirements and principles specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ), and its delivery to the indicated place in the Radkw Commune. 1.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order, the description of the Ordering Party's requirements in terms of implementation and acceptance is specified in OPZ - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Technical Specification of the Vehicle - STP - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.1.3. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the contract pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.2. Whenever in the SWZ and its annexes the subject the order is described: 1) with an indication of trademarks, proper names, patents or the origin of the source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a specific Contractor, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words or equalized.
