The subject of the contract was divided into parts: a. Part I - the subject of the order is the delivery of 20 pieces of factory new, low -emission class II -class buses, including 10 pieces of buses on Euro 6 MIDI class and 10 pieces of buses on euro 6 class Maxi; b. Part II subjectOrders are the delivery of 5 pieces of factory new, low -emission intercity -class 2 midi class with an electric hybrid.10 buses on euro 6 class maxi.
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of 20 pieces of factory new, low -emission class II -class buses, including 10 pieces of buses on euro 6 midi class and 10 pieces of buses on euro 6 class maxi; 2) buses offered must be: a.Factory new (according to the definition of the Act of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law, i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), i.e. they cannot be recorded earlier, and the course of the buses delivered cannot be greater than 3,500 km; b.Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502 as amended) conditioning allowing movement without any deviations, which must be confirmed by having the current "certificate of approval certificate typesExplain ...
