The subject of the order is: PURCHASE OF A LOW-TEMPERATURE STERILIZER carried out as part of the earmarked subsidy received for an investment task called: Purchase of a low-temperature sterilizer for the Central Sterilization Department of the Provincial Specialist Hospital. The Blessed Virgin Mary in Czstochowa.2. The detailed scope of the order was specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, assortment and price form, and in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the order. The remaining conditions regarding the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. 4. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: In the proceedings in question, the Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers (the subject of the order is not divisible).
