- The subject of this order is in particular:
1) Supply of equipment in accordance with the requirements specified in point 1.4 OPZ;
2) performing services related to the implementation of the contract indicated in point 1.5 OPZ, including conducting workshops in accordance with the requirements specified in point 1.5.7 OPZ;
3) grantingThe ordering warranty and guarantees on the principles set out in § 6 and § 7 of the contract;
4) transfer to the Ordering Party of the author's property rights and ensuring all the rights necessary to use the delivered equipment in accordance with § 10 of the contract.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract specifies the projectcontracts - Annex 2 to SWZ and description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ (Annex 1 to the draft contract).
Purchase of LTO belt libraries for the needs of the backup system in the locations of the OPDR
subject of this contract is in particular:
