• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Purchase of machines and equipment to modernize the teaching and demonstration base of the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. Adam Mickiewicz in Radymno for the needs of education in the field of Agriculture 4.0. The delivery is carried out as part of the implementation of a project co-financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan No. A1.4.1. Investments to diversify and shorten the supply chain of agricultural and food products and construction resilience of entities participating in the chain" in the area of: Support for agricultural schools in the modernization of the teaching and demonstration base for the needs of education in the field of agriculture 4.0. The Ordering Party requires that machines, devices and the software constituting the subject of the order were: a) brand new, b) free from manufacturing and legal defects, c) unused (also for demonstration purposes) and undamaged, d)produced in 2025 or 2026. Detailed description of technical parameters required by the Ordering Party constitutes: Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. As part of the total remuneration offered, the Contractor, at his own expense and risk, is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. to the address: street Złota Góra 13, 37-550 Radymno, woj.
